EXTERIOR POWDER COATING
Using outdoor building material level resin as major composition and develop a series of powder coating colors and patterns to provide reference for selection according to the new trend of architectural colors.
The plate part includes high gloss, semi-gloss, matt and other metallic paint; the pattern category contains hammer, wrinkle paint, sand texture, metallic hammer, etc. There are also high gloss, matt, and advanced acrylic in clear powder coating series which has excellent outdoor applicability. Colors here are suitable for aluminum iron windows and doors, railings, curtain walls and transportation equipment applications.
Compared with general outdoor (0-series) powder coatings, high durable (DP-series) powder coatings have more than 2 times the weather resistance. Operate the Q-lab weathering tester according to the (ASTM G154, Cycle 1) specification and perform 1000-hour UVA-340 accelerated aging test on high durable powder coatings and general powder coatings. The result shows that the high durable one has better gloss retention without chalking and faded.
