ISOTHANE 3000 Series
Polyether-based grade
ISOTHANE® 3000 series resins are polyether based thermoplastic polyurethane. They exhibit excellent mechanical properties, hydrolytic resistance, fungus resistance, and low temperature performance properties. ISOTHANE 3000 series can by processed by extrusion and injection molding.
Applications: Appare Applications, Bicycle cushion and outdoor applications.
TPU Resin Aliphatic Grade,Material,Plastic products
ISOTHANE 7000 series products are aliphatic grade thermoplastic polyurethane having high elasticity and transparency. They exhibit excellent mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and no yellowing on exposure to UV light. ISOTHANE 7000 series can be processed by extrusion and injection molding.
Applications: Automotive Protective Films
and Smart Wearable Devices.
Long Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic materials.
ISOPAK LFRT can be injection molded and extruded.
Applications: Automotive and heand tools.
For processing and application, the advantage of the LFT are as follows:
1. The method of processing and molding are the same with SFT(short-reinforced fiber material). The LFT can highly and obviously increase the mechanical property of the product. This is because the long fiber can stand the long-size in the 3-Dimension of the thermoplastic resins.
2. The Specific strength of the Aluminum is 9.8%.And the Specific strength of the LFT can reach 17.2%. This is included the superior of low shrinkage, low creep, anti-fatigue and high size-stability, especially for the application of machinery, car parts, and structural component.
3. The LGF has better designing-flexibility than the GMT and CFRT. It can be easily injection in the complex shape and molding. The general GMT simply can be compression molding.
4. The LGF is recyclable. It can highly meet the requirement of the high performance thermoplastic compounding material.
ETPU foam material developed by Greco Resin is available in various sizes and sizes could meet the needs of various complex designs. It is the latest environment-friendly choice for shoe materials.
