Prosperous Enterprises (Taiwan) Limited, a company established on 16 September, 1970 in Taiwan and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prosperous Industrial (Holdings) Limited, an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of recreational bags and packs, which are mainly backpacks. The Company’s products can be broadly categorized as outdoor and sports bags including day packs and overnight backpacks, which are designed with larger volumes; functional bags, such as camera backpacks with multiple pockets and waterproof hydration backpacks; fashion and casual bags, as well as other bags and packs. The Company also provides quality supply chain management services, including product development, raw material recommendation and development, prototyping, production management, quality control to logistics and delivery.
