成立背景
台灣區鐘錶工業同業公會於1972年成立，成立之初，正是台灣鐘錶業由零售批發期轉入配件工業期，由於當時無一統籌事務之組織，在業界大老的奔走下，公會由三十多家創始會員組織而成。1992年，在全體顧問、理監事及會員廠商的熱忱贊助下，終於有屬於自己的會館，並有較多的能力為會員服務。
宗旨
為協助國內鐘錶業發展，積極促成同業結盟，集合不同專長同業合作；協助業者開拓大陸與國際市場。
組織架構
由會員大會推選理事及監事，並由理事中選任常務理事；監事中選任常務監事。理事長則由常務理事選舉之，下設行政、顧問及各委員會。
國際組織會籍
參加亞洲鐘錶工商業促進研討會。
國際參與
● 2010年於台中主辦第十八屆亞洲鐘錶工商業促進研討會，共有來自亞洲12個國家、300多名鐘錶界菁英與會。
● 2012年、2014年、2016年、2018年、2024年組台灣代表團參加第十九、二十、二十一、二十二屆、二十三屆亞洲鐘錶工商業促進研討會。
● 與香港鐘錶業總會、中國鐘錶公會、日本時計協會、韓國時計工業協同組合、新加坡鐘錶業公會、馬來西亞鐘表總會等各國及地區鐘錶公會交流。
● 每年組織台灣參展團參加國外展覽，增進國際交流。

Background
The association was founded in 1972 when the timepiece industry in Taiwan was undergoing a transition from conducting retail and wholesale to assembling the timepieces. The lack of governing association gave rise to malignant competition causing chaos and price wars within the industry. The fortuitous establishment of the association by over 30 companies not only saved the industry but helped secure Taiwan’s position as a leading producer of quality timepieces. Moreover, after operating in leased offices for more than 20 years, the association purchased its own office in 1992 and has since been able to offer a wider range of services to its members and affiliates.
Purpose
The association was established to assist in the development of the Taiwanese timepiece industry to foster closer ties among Taiwanese enterprises related to the timepiece production and to help Taiwanese timepiece companies gain a foothold in global markets.
Organization
Elected by the general assembly, the board of directors and the board of supervisors are responsible for electing among themselves the executive directors and standing supervisors respectively. The president is elected by the executive directors to oversee the administrative personnel, advisers and committees.
Membership of International Organizations
Asian Horological Trade and Industry Promotion Conference.
International Participation
● In 2010, the association organized the 18th Asian Horological Trade and Industry Promotion Conference in Taichung that attracted more than 300 participants from 12 countries in Asia.
● In 2012、2014、2016、2018、2024, the association attended the 19 th、20th、21 th、22 th、23rd Asian Horological Trade and Industry Promotion Conference.
● The association maintains close contacts with affiliated timepiece associations in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
● The association has been a regular participant of international exhibitions that showcase watches and clock.

入會資訊
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
本會成立於中華民國61年6月7日，現有會員近55家，本會主要宗旨為積極拓展對外貿易，促進鐘錶業經濟發展，協調同業關係，共同開創新機，增進共同利益。
本會每年籌組香港禮品及贈品展、香港鐘錶展、香港MEGA SHOW PART 1、台北國際禮品展、日本國際家用品展、台北國際建材展等國際鐘錶專業展，補助展覽費用，協助同業拓展外銷市場，隨時掌握市場資訊，告訴你全世界鐘錶業現況。為此，竭誠歡迎 貴公司申請加入本公會成為會員廠商。
請檢具下列必備文件及應繳費用，以掛號信函寄送本會，以憑辦理入會手續 ：
（一）經濟部核發之公司執照影本三份。如為台商，請附大陸公司執照。
（二）入會申請書、會員代表資料、新編印會員名錄填報表各一份，填妥後請加蓋公司大小章。
（三）貴公司主要產品目錄或照片一份，為建檔及推廣 貴公司產品用，可自由意願提供。
（四）應繳費用：
1.入會費：新台幣4,800元，只有入會時繳交一次，做為申請入會手續費及會員證書之工本費。
2.常年會費：會員廠每月新台幣1,000元，全年度12,000元整，推派二代表。
＊常年會費於入會時，請一次先行繳清一年之會費。
3.繳納方式：請於入會時，將入會費與該年度之全年常年會費兩項，共新台幣16,800元整，以現金或即期支票一次繳清。
4.按照本會理監事會議決定要接受展覽補助的會員，會籍需滿2年方能接受補助，故今年(114年度)要接受補助，需補繳113年度的會費，繳費說明如下：
(入會費 4,800元) + (114+113年度會費 12,000元 x 2 = 24,000元)
合計 新台幣 28,800 元
