Test Food Allergen Detection System (TADs)

Test Food Allergen Detection System (TADs) consists of a connected detection device and an app. The device can detect and quantify gluten in food within 2 minutes; The app system shows the test results of the device, analyzes the data by AI modules, and stores them in the cloud. For the consumers, the app can track their test results and provide personal diet suggestions. Also, the app serves as a food map that allows consumers to find gluten-free restaurants and buy products that had been tested.TADs allows food processors and food raw material suppliers to control the quality of their products by testing and uploading the latest information within a short time. By analyzing customer information through the app, they can also achieve precise marketing. For consumers, TADs adds traceability to the products and provide peace of mind when searching for genuine gluten-free products.
